Strength

WOD

In a 20min window: 

10 Rounds of:

  • 6 alternating single arm devil press/warrior burpees 
  • 30 air squats 

In the remaining time: 

  • 5 Push Ups 
  • 10 OH Lunges (switch arms each round)
