WARM-UP

2 Rounds
  • 50 Lateral Hops (L-R=2)
  • 10 Shoulder Taps (L-R=1)

STRENGTH

Quality over quantity! 

4 Rounds
Decreasing reps each round (- 1 HSPU/Round, - 2 shoulder taps/Round).
Feet on box, start with:

  • 1/2 box around the world 
  • 4 Pike Push-ups
  • 8 Shoulder taps (L-R=2) 
  • 1/2 box around the world

 Rest exactly 60" between rounds.

WOD

Amrap 7 minutes: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, ... reps of each

  • Straight leg Sit-ups
  • Jumping Squats
  • Push Presses
