- 10 Shoulder Taps (L-R=1)
STRENGTH
Quality over quantity!

Decreasing reps each round (- 1 HSPU/Round, - 2 shoulder taps/Round).
Feet on box, start with:
- 1/2 box around the world
- 4 Pike Push-ups
- 8 Shoulder taps (L-R=2)
- 1/2 box around the world
Rest exactly 60" between rounds.
WOD
Amrap 7 minutes: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, ... reps of each
- Straight leg Sit-ups
- Jumping Squats
- Push Presses
