STRENGTH

  • 5x10 Hip Extension + Glute ham raise on couch hold 2" at top 
  • 20 sky touches with legs on couch in between sets (hier dus maar 4 sets van :-) )


WOD

  • 25 Object DL 
  • 20 Object Hugging Front Squats 
  • 10 Burpees over object
