Find a soccer court or grass field and perform CrossFit Games 2019 event 6:
5 Sprint, each for time.
Try to recreate the same set-up with cones (zig zags)
Rest 3-5 minutes between sets
60m sprint around cone, 40m sprint back, go zigzag around cones
