WARM-UP

- 5 Bulgarian Deadlifts (each side)
- 5 Bulgarian Split Squats (each side)
- 10 High Jumps
WOD
"Incredible Hulk"
Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes perform these 4 exercises:
- 5 Dumbell Deadlifts
- 5 Dumbell Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Dumbell Push Press
- 5 Dumbell Squat
*2 Dumbells if possible, otherwise a backpack will do!
