WARM UP

  • 10 Alternating V-ups 
  • 5 Inchworm Push-ups 
  • 10 Step-ups

WOD

EMOM 15' 

  1. 20 Air Squats
  2. 45" Plank Hold
  3. 15 Shoulder to Overhead (use a loaded backpack) 

3' Rest 

4 Rounds of 2': complete as many reps of 

  • 15 Sit-ups
  • 15 Air Squats 
  • Max reps of jumping air squats in remaining time 
  • 1' Rest Between rounds
