  • 300m Run fast, 45sec rest
  • 300m Run fast, 45sec rest
  • 200m Run fast, 45sec rest 
  • 200m Run fast, 45sec rest 
  • 100m Run fast, 45sec rest 
  • 100m Run fast, 45sec rest*

*After 2nd 100m, rest 45sec and start new round with 300m
