Warm-Up

  • 5 Inch worms (geen push-ups)
  • 5 Burpees


WOD

20sec work/10sec rest = 1 interval
8 intervals/exercise (4min/exercise)

Complete as many reps as possible in each interval

  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Burpees
  • Lunges

*Eerst 8 intervals van push-ups, op 3min 50sec heb je dus nog 10sec rust en begin je op 4min direct aan 8 intervals van sit-ups. Op 7min 50sec heb je nog 10sec rust en begin je op 8min aan burpees. Op 11min 50sec heb je 10sec rust en begin je op 12min aan lunges.

Cool-down

Accumulate 2min Side plank each side.
