  • 63-45-27 Close stance Squats (squats met voeten zo dicht mogelijk bij elkaar)

Intermediate

63-45-27 reps of:

  • Push-ups
  • Close stance Squats


Advanced

21-15-9 reps of: 

  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Pistols each side
