Strength
- 80 Alternating Pistols (use bench/couch)
- 80 Alternating Lunges
- 40 Alternating Pistols
- 40 Alternating Lunges
80 = 40 each leg
WOD
Dead by Burpees
With a continuously running clock:
- Perform 1 burpee @0:00min
- Perform 2 burpees @1:00min
- Perform 3 burpees @2:00min
Continue adding 1 burpee each minute untill you cannot perform the recquired number of burpees within the minute.
