Warm-up

  • 20 Squats
  • 5 Inch Worm + Push-up

Work on ankle + hip mobility for 5-10 minutes

Strength

  • 80 Alternating Pistols (use bench/couch)
  • 80 Alternating Lunges
  • 40 Alternating Pistols
  • 40 Alternating Lunges

80 = 40 each leg

WOD

Dead by Burpees

With a continuously running clock:

  • Perform 1 burpee @0:00min
  • Perform 2 burpees @1:00min
  • Perform 3 burpees @2:00min

Continue adding 1 burpee each minute untill you cannot perform the recquired number of burpees within the minute.
