  • 10 Lunges each side

Strength

  • 10 seconds Towel Deadlift Hold + 10 Back Pack/Kettlebell Swings

WOD

Pick 2 gymnastic movements:

  • One you like/are good at. 
  • One you don't like/are not so good at.

Perform 21-15-9 reps of each movement.
Start with the one you are not so good at.
