  • 10 helicopter each side
  • 10 reach arm underneath and to the ceiling
  • 30" squat hold 

Strength

Start with 1 handstand push-up (feet on the chair), handstand walk around the chair with your feet on top. Scale: 90° of 180° turns
Add 1 Handstand push-up each round.

  • 30 Step ups (15 each leg)
