8 sets of:

  • 10sec Towel Deadlift, 20sec Rest


Death by Squats

With a running clock perform1 squat the first minute, 2 squats the second minute, 3 squats the third minute, ... until you cannot complete the number of squats within the minute.

  • Minute 1-10 Overhead Squats (use pvc, backpack, dumbbell, kettlebell, ...)
  • Minute 11-20 Front Squats (use backpack, dumbbell, kettlebell)
  • Minute 21-30 Back Squats (use backpack, dumbbell, kettlebell)
  • Minute 31-... Air Squats
