Break up Towel Deadlift holds: 3x14, 3x10, 3x6sec
Break up Handstand Holds as needed
Choose between or go for all 3:
Work on ankle + hip mobility for 5-10 minutes
Tabata (20sec on/10sec off x8)
2 Rounds of:
Rest 1:1 between sets (Run 400m in 1'45'' = 1'45'' rest, 300m in 1'30'' = 1'30'' rest, ...)
Rest 5min between rounds
Every 4min for 36min complete:
Add weight if possible (backpack)
